Delfina Delettrez Fendi e Erkan Coruh. Due creativi: lei una designer digioielli, lui un giovane stilista turco. Sono loro gli esponenti piùpromettenti ed attesi di questa edizione diAltaModa, evento straordinario in cui protagonisti sono ildesigner, la moda e l’arte. Non delude le aspettative lo stilista.
Erkan Coruh impressiona perbellezza, emozione e creatività nella sua sfilata. Eletto sei mesi fa nellacapitale come vincitore di Who is on next, concorso organizzato da Vogue Italiaed AltaRoma, sorprende per la sua rappresentazione della femminilità. Departure,così si intitola il nome della collezione, riunisce chiari aspetti passati coninfluenze anni ’50, e dettagli moderni, quasi contemporanei. In un periodoin cui continuamente si sente parlare di censura nel mondo dell’informazione,anche il fashion system non vivrebbe tempi migliori. Queste le voci checircolano nel mondo web che insorge contro Silvian Heach, uno dei più famosi brand low cost alivello internazionale. L’accusa è quella di applicare una sorta di “non vedo,non parlo, non sento”, rivolto esclusivamente ai giudizi o commenti negativi.Così, invece di cercare un’interazione con i propri fans, il brand eliminerebbeciò che ritiene contrario alla politica marketing attuata.
La risposta del web non tarda ad arrivare:migliaia i post dai bloggers che insorgono contro questo comportamentoconsiderato poco professionale. Per non parlare di facebook e twitter in cui ilfatto è già agli onori della cronaca.
Semplici voci o accuse infondate?
Da quello che viene spiegato, non tutti i tortipossono essere imputati a Silvian Heach. Il problema viene ricondotto allapolitica marketing errata, basata non tanto sul rapporto di partnership efiducia con i clienti, quanto sull’immagine perfetta da diffondere. Unatteggiamento poco costruttivo che per un brand dinamico, giovanile e glamourcome Silvian Heach, non porta a nessuna crescita se non ad un allontanamento daparte degli appassionati del suo stile.
Molti individuano le cause di questa azione controil brand in Chiara Ferragni, nuova testimonial di SilvianHeach. Ma i più sono pronti a giurare che non è così: l’indignazione e larabbia nascono esclusivamente dal comportamento attuato del brand low cost.
Nel dubbio, non resta che concludere così:“Bellissima la nuova collezione Silvian Heach… Per non parlare della Ferragni, lanuova testimonial! Ed il marketing? Senza parole!”.
