The WhOLe NiNe YarDs
Quando la moda si libera delle passerelle e dei set fotografici vivendosoltanto di cinema e teatro,
il risultato non può che essere una splendidaraffigurazione di un connubio primordiale fatto di costumi di scena epalco teatrale.
Così, “The Whole Nine Yards” trasforma il The Ambassador Theatre di New York in uno splendido set fotografico dove le creazioni del costume designerWilliam Ivey, riportano alla memoria alcune tra le produzioni più famose ditutti i tempi come “Chicago”, “The Producers” and “Grey Gardens”. L’ultimoservizio di The Dirty Durty Diary (The DDT) non può non colpire per la forzaimmaginativa, ricercata dal fotografo Dima Hohlov che gioca con il mistero ed ilpotere dei costumi, scelti dallo stylistJJMaxwell. La modella Valeria Dmitrienko esprime alla perfezione tutti i ruoli diqueste produzioni. Così, la seduzione e l’aspetto più propriamente maledetto di queste storie siincontrano nelle pagine di The Dirty Durty Diary grazie a questi costumi discena eterei e senza tempo.
